Um, the goosebumps I have running up and down my arms do not do justice to the outrage I feel. I am so saddened by what has happened to Chai and sickened that Four Paws has not decided to take action on this scenario. It is horrifying and I will ensure that everyone pet lover I know boycotts their company.
