That Kind of a Day

Update: I have to do this in update form...Please visit me tomorrow. Tomorrow is a special day for me...200 posts. :)

I just went into the bathroom and when I looked in the mirror, I realized that I forgot to put on ANY make up. My face is naked.

I look every single day of 36 years old right now. It's a good thing we don't have clients coming in because I would scare them something silly. Heck, at least they might forget about that whole economy crisis thing though.

200 - Coooooooooooooool! All the posts I have read have been a treat!

All the other stuff (economy, banks, shares, short selling, brownies (whatever they are) are a bit scary).

Suspect you are just fine sans make up!

That's 36 years of experience, 36 years of life. 36 years of learning, 36 years of joy, peace, love, happiness, and some pain for good measure. 36 birthday cakes. 36 years of friendship. 36 years of success. 36 years that included laying on the carpet in a spot of sun, just soaking it up. 36 years of ice cream. 36 years with 200 interesting, funny, or just quirky posts. 36 years leading up to a marvelously unknown tomorrow. 36 blessed years. Why cover them?

I agree with Margo completely. I rarely wear make up these days and I am only 5 years behind you. If anything, I wear eyeliner and that's it. I keep a pencil in my office drawer at work and one in the car.

Congrats on 200!

sorry for your crappy day. I have to ask, how do you forget make-up? did you over sleep, drink to much wine last night, what?

I have done that. Oy vey. Driving to teach and I pull down my visor and glance in the mirror. And there is not much I can do about it at this point. I have often thought of having back up make up in the car. I end up putting it on in the car a lot.

I hate how I look without make up. I'd feel the same way if I walked out without it on.

I forgot to put on mascara one day - for a red head that is a really bad thing. The eyelashes are blondish, it's just wrong ;)

Why couldn't I have been born latino with built in makeup!

I'm the opposite. I rarely ever wear makeup, and if I do it's just mascara and eyeshadow. I think there's something beautiful about a naked face. It's more honest and tells a story.
