I've Been Converted...

DARN YOU bloggy friends that kept writing about Twilight! I just finished it and now I am scared to read anymore because I don't think I could take it emotionally if they don't end up together. No, I don't know one way or another but I am still scared. BUT I also know that if I don't get the next one I will die. I actually feel addicted.

The emotions that book envokes are amazing. I actually feel sorry for teens reading it because it has to be worse for them being at the age of bubbling desire.

Yikes! My oldest is recommending that I read it, but thus far, I've held out!

Drop by today, won't you?

I have heard lots of great things about this series. Haven't picked it up yet.

OH, you said. I totally agree. People who haven't had the experience of true love really don't get the book. It stirs up a lot of emotions in me. It is an awseome series. I am glad that you finally joined the bandwagon.

I haven't read that series. I've been considering it though.

I'm reading another series I've gotten very much into. The next book doesn't come out until October. I'm going freaking MAD!

Even this "older" mom has started that series...I'm about 1/3 of the way through New Moon, and LOVE it....I'm actually reading it BEFORE my 17-yr old..

Ahhh...true love....I vaguely remember what that was like....

Never heard of it ... I'll keep a lookout, though.

Okay great. Now you've tweaked my interest. As if I need something more to occupy my time, lol. I'll get one and try to force myself to read something other than what's on the computer screen. It's called a book, right?

MMUUUUHAHAHAHAH! I can't believe you came around.

I think the first comment you ever left me was on my Crackliture post. I NEVER thought I'd break you!

I am so happy right now. Thank you.

I'm number 42 on the waiting list at the library. I don't typically read about vampires (ugh) but those darn bloggy friends are dragging me in too.

Stephenie Meyers should be thanking them.

Well, of course you just totally made my day. I mean, come on...we TOLD you, huh? We'd never steer you wrong.

You have to read all 4. Please. And then report back to us. 'Cause you know, me, Tiff, and Heather are just a bit addicted. Ahem.

Ah. I read all four and they are some damn good books! Completely addicting; they draw me in and the first time I read them, I could not read a book in more than 2 sittings, maximum. School, home, parents, food--it can all wait until I am done.
I do not understand people who don't like them. They are not works of literary genius, sure, but they are beautiful, heartwarming, heartbreaking stories, and in my book, that counts for far more.
